DEAR SIR

I AM SHAILESH VICHARE AND CONSUMER OF ADANI ELECTRICITY, IN LAST JULY 2019 I WAS COMLAINT ON YOUR CUSTOMER CARE NO.19122 THAT MY METER DISPLAY WAS FUALTY BUT UP TO JULY 2020 NO ONE ACTION TAKEN FROM YOUR DEPARTMENT SO AGAIN I LOGE ANOTHER COMPLAINT IN AUGEST 2020 FIRST WEEK AND THIS TIME YOUR DEPARTMENT TOOK ACTION AND REPLACE MY METER BUT KINDLY NOTED ON MY LAST 2 YEAR BILL RECORD MY ELECTRICITY BILL IS IN BETWEEN RS.2000/- TO RS.2500/- BUT IN LOCKDOWN PERIOD YOUR DEPARTMENT SEND ME WITHOUT READING BILL WHICH WAS PAID BY ME IN TIME EVENDOUG YOUR DEPARTMENT SEND ME HUGE BILL OF RS.12090/- AFTER ADUSTED MY PAID AMOUNT OF MARCH APRIL MAY 2020 WHICH WAS NOT SATISFACTORY AMOUNT SO AGAIN I COMPLAINT ON 19122 BUT YOUR EXECUTIVE TOLD ME SEND MY COMPLAINT THROIGH MAIL OR VISIT YOUR IGRC KANDIVALI

I AM KINDLY REQUEST YOU LOOK IN THIS MATTER AND SEND ME CORRECT BILL WHICH I CAN PAY

YOU CAN SEE MY PAST RECORD AND THIS MARCH, APRIL, MAY BILLS UNIT WHICH YOU SHOWN ON MY BILL
