We have raised the request for the pickup address changed which is being closed from the other side but the address is not changed. When we are getting the orders we are not receiving the calls for the pickup and we are getting into the loss.
Now we have 5 orders in the bucket for which we have not received any pick up call. Kindly arrange the pickup or cancel the orders from your end and request you not charge for the cancellation. We can not cancel the order from our end.
