My name is Ashutosh Kumar from Pune. I had booked three tickets on 6th July, 2022 from Pune to Chandigarh through one Travolook.in which was cancelled by them on account of rejection of PNR by Airline REF646996694. I also received a call from them informing me of the same and I was told that my refund will be done in 7 to 10 working days. However, the same has not been done till date despite a month having lapsed already. I have also been following up with their Customer Care through calls/emails but they are just delaying it with false and frivolous promises. Lately, the emails addressed to their support team are also bouncing back due to their purported maintenance works. I am now more worried about my money since I came across many such complaints against the same company for the same issue. I urge you to take necessary action and do the needful to help many other victims like me to get out money back from this fraud company.
