On the 13th of August 2021, I started working with a data entry company called High Tech Enterprises from Dhule, Maharashtra. The call came from their side, i.e they approached me on a call. by someone name Ruchi Sharma.
After I agreed to work with them, they provided an agreement that didn’t have any company signature, they asked me for my Adhaar /voter-id and signature. After I signed the agreement, I completed the work given in the given amount of time as my mother and the rest of my family members saw me dancing about the first job I ever got completed in a given time “Maa they will give me a second job than other jobs too” as I finished my job in given time with accuracy. when I finished the job my in provided period of time, but after 2 days on 24th August, when I called for the helpline to ask about why no one is calling me or reporting me for the job I completed to get my money, I made that phone call, but it says I didn’t do my job perfectly and in by given time and directly asked me to pay money 6500 for the registration fees or else their legal department will call me if i don’t pay their money in good faith right now under 45 minutes. I was shocked at that time my mom suggests I calm down and even googled the website and address of the company and no such company exist anywhere in India. After some time they mailed me by Adv. Rina for pending payment about the same things as I mentioned above. Then there comes a mail stating that I didn’t have any accuracy. They didn’t even give/gave me a demo video nor they mentioned what’s considered a mistake only provided me with a small raw data picture which is useless. Yesterday, they called me asking for the money saying that I haven’t done the given work properly. I said that your company’s helpline doesn’t even answer when I have a query about something anything how am I supposed to know what’s considered as a mistake or not! Once I sent a mail about the mistakes about spelling and grammar mistakes they replied keep it as same as they are in raw data.
Today I received another call stating that they have sent my file to their advocate associate firm and put down the call before I am able to utter a word back.
Today this mail was sent by Rina Shrivastav. again stating that:
(We Advocate Associate hereby inform you that, HIGH-TECH ENTERPRISES. Enterprises have sent your file to our Advocate Associate firm to proceed further. ) the mail stated that I have to pay the money in god faith immediately as I mentioned.
