I had booked my high security number plates and was supposed to receive it on February 6, as per initial communication but didn’t receive it. I have been continuously following up with the Customer Care Department and every time a false commitment is being made from their side.
There were many dates committed to me to deliver my registration plates 6th February, 16 February, 17th February and 21st February.
As per slip shared by them to me, 22nd February was the last date to receive plates but still didn’t receive it.
I tried to email them but mail is bouncing from their email Id and also their number 8929722202 & 8929722202 are not reachable.
