Hi,
I have keep on giving several complaints on My home app and billing issues, its not been updating and below are request numbers:
Airtel request no.
- 69528560,
- 107838084,
- 107948518 (997574150 Interaction id from Shariff)
- 108298338 – Spoke with Shravan
- 1619347678967 – Spoke with Aarti postpaid customer care service.
I am attaching screen shots of my app which will helpful to you
I am very angry on customer care and My home app. I have one broadband connection and 2 postpaid connections,
Broadband account outstanding is | Rs. 356 |
My 2 Postpaid accounts outstanding is Rs. 147 + Rs. 147 | Rs. 294 |
Total | Rs. 650 |
Whereas in My home app its reflecting (screen shot attached) Rs. 1002.90.
I want you to rectify this so that I will pay the actual amount, which I am supposed to pay to Airtel, not the excess amount.
I need a call back to discuss about this.
