I am from Azamgarh Uttar Pradesh and village tahbarpur pincode 276208.i am facing high ping which is average 500 ms .i recieve decent internet speed.earlier ping used to be under 80 ms.The customer support don’t even know what ping is so I don’t know what to do plzz help
