Cash Bean an (NBFC) online finance companey is imposing heavy fines even after RBI new announcement of 3months moratorium. This finance companey imposed a penalty of Rs.1031/- for 11days.The principal amount is Rs6000/- and interest is Rs.900/-In this way they are looting the people in such a severe crisis.After mailing,messaging them about RBI new regulation they are saying,”It is for only banks but not for NBFC’s.”
In RBI notification they included even NBFC but they are not responding and increasing penalty day by day. As my duty I paid total due including penalty but you have to take care about this make my penalty money back take severe action on such companies
