Been complaining about this same problem for months now and still no improvement on fixing the network. Airtel don’t make any action against my problems cause why? Because I’m leaving in an area where Airtel sucks the most compared to others like vodafone and jio. I’ve been facing buffering while watching YouTube, high latency while playing in daytime. I always have to wake up around 3am to get a good network to play and to download stuff. My sleep routine is ruined because I can’t get good network during daytime which is really frustrating to me. And sometimes even my network started to disappear for some reasons and because of this I can’t call nor can’t use the internet to do something important, calling 121 really didn’t help me at all. Been calling 121 about the same reason for months and still no improvement or didn’t take any action on fixing the problem till now. My friends who are using Airtel are facing the same issues everyday now and then which is really sad to see. I hope Airtel seen this complaint and hope they will make action towards fixing the issues cause if not I’ll be switching to other network company. Thank You.
