After writing several letters to Adani on wrong billing, they chose to do nothing and now are threating me .
What makes you think that I will pay the disputed bill?
I have tried reaching you multiple times last month but there has been no response from your end. Your help desk, Electkra is highly inefficient, who doesn’t even do anything and then just hangs up on us (Aishwarya did this and then another guy who didn’t even mention his name) , when you ask them to transfer the call to the seniors.
I’m still checking on how I should be dragging cheats and frauds like you to the consumer court.
I have written to them several times on why I shouldn’t have got an inflated bill during the lockdown, but they have don’t anything about it, neither have been able to prove it that they are right and I’m wrong.
Why I shouldn’t have got an inflated bill:
1) My AC is not working since DEC 2019
2) My Microwave oven is not working since Jan 2020
3) I don’t use the Iron.
4) rest all the equipment are the same, nothing new added then why has the bill got doubled?
5) If you say i’m working from home, then I work from my laptop, again this shouldn’t double my bill.
6) as mentioned to you earlier, for the months of march-june, you can check my average bill from last year, it doesn’t go above Rs. 800/- and if you say given point no. 5, then my bill should be higher than Rs. 200/- approx than that, but you have billed me double so I need to know why?? all this after I have paid my bill till June 2020??
