Dear Concern,
My Shop /A -11 in Bhayander (East) is been closed for more than 5 months still Adani Electricity has raised Bills for Account No. 152477028 for billing months of jul , Aug, Sep & Oct 2020 for ₹929, ₹929 , ₹929 and ₹923 respectively . Also you are claiming false unit usage of 50 unit for October billing though my shop was not opened and used for Single day
My submission is that how can electricity consumption for a closed Shop can run so high as to generate monthly bill of about ₹ 900 per month
This is difficult to digest
I am continuously trying to reach through your complaint Id (helpdesk.mumbaielectricity@adani.com) for my concern, but all in vain
My humble request pl look in to the matter and resolve my issue ASAP
