Kind Attention : Complain no. 1007341719 ( Old complain not resolved ) & New complain 1008242634
I am receiving higher electricity bills month on month. I have earlier also complained 1007341719 and also registered the same on 1912. This is the case of manipulation of meter reading and overcharges on monthly bills. My house remains closed for 12 months and very minimal consumption of electricity for only 1 week in entire 6 months as parents stay with their children in Ranchi, Jharkhand. As the house remains close my bills charges are on higher side.

I request SBPDCL to kindly check with their team on ground wherein correction is required on meter reading. My house remain closed from last 12 month. This is a serious matter and subject to consumer compliance. Last time SBPSCL has remarks on my complain about contact 1912, my issue are not yet resolved.
Kindly check the matter on ground and resolve this on priority i raise support from consumer court.
