I am habitant of village bajna which is belongs to district mathura in uttar pradesh . I wants to complaint about electricity bills which much excess than what we use. I got electricity bills of 4000rs every which is much higher than what we use. we don’t have AC , washinng machine , cooler or any high electricity comsuming device which cause high bills.
