Bill for the following period has been extremely high (also can be seen in comparison with same months of previous year and no increase/ addition of any electrical consumption equipment in our household):
- Bill dated 10 October 2019 – 8 November 2019 amounting to INR 11,560/- (units 1193 Kwh vis-à-vis units 621 Kwh as per last year same period)
- Bill dated 8 November 2019 – 9 December 2019 amounting to INR 6,280/- (units 692 Kwh vis-à-vis units 396 Kwh as per last year same period)
We would like to bring to your attention that the spike in electricity bill has been seen only post change of meter w.e.f October 2019. We have already raised a complaint with the BEST electricity department last month vide our letter dated 29 November 2019 (attached herewith for your ready reference) but are yet to receive any further communication in this regard. We look forward to your response in addressing our grievance at the earliest.
