BIll for march to July 12930.. After deducting paid avg bill apprx.4000.. so it was 17000 apprx. So 4300 per month.. three times bill per month used be till Feb. Now that bill I paid I got July bill 2870.. when electricity was not there for many hours in days. No AC was used. No major consumption. NO PHOTO OF READING UPLOADED. . Aprro. 4 times more bill. Similar usage profile customers got bill of 1000 to 1500 for july. and for four months apprx.3000. Very irrational . MSEDCL .. I dont know what is justification for it.. three people family.. normal consumption only.. Below normal.. PLease do some rational calculations. upload reading photo. and give concession in bill.. These people dont inform while taking reading. I doubt their readings also.. 4000 rs is salary of some people .. How in the world can it be bill for to to three people consumption
