Hi Sir/ Mam,
My name is ammulya Saripalli residing in Hyderabad RL nagar. Today when we have checked electricity bill for last month we found it has displayed high amount when we are not present at home from march 16 to may 16. As i paid my bill generated in march on 8th and i stayed only 8 days . After which on 16 th march me and my family were out of station and were locked down for almost 2 months and not stayed at our home, But electricity bill for month of march(8 days) and april-may(16) we received a huge amount. Kindly help us in resolving as i consider it as improper billing by electricity board. Attached bill for your referance.
