High electricity bill, in the month of July-2020. Since the lock from due to Corona virus the BEST had not come for the regular meter reading, a cumulative unit’s usage or average usage is set by BEST understanding. The Average power as (kW) used by us for the month of March, April, May & June 2020 is 379 Units. Whereas my July month (KW) Consumed is showing at 583 units which is too high. Our average KW units consumption is between 250 to 350 kW units looking at the history of the past year bill. A whooping bill of Rs.11, 810 has been sent to us without hesitation from BEST, I would request the concern authorities to please look into this matter This is my humble request, since the Nation is going through tough time and many of us like me either have lost their job or facing a pay cut in their current work profile.
On Dated 20/07/2020 I visited one of the BEST Electricity house to complaint, there i have noticed that not only me the entire D & C Ward has been issued a high bill.
