My average monthly bill for account no 151693174, is in the range of 3500 to 4000 rupeed.

I have paid in march 3690 rs and in april 3270 rs. And this is as per bill received.

Now in bill of may 2020 they have asked for 23810…its too high

Further the bill amendment calculations provided is also having wrong calculation

Below is calculation shown in bill amendment calculation

march 20
revised units 983 and revised amount 11339.26 rs
april 20
revised units 951 and revised amount 9377,85 rs

for the difference of 32 units the amount difference is 1961.41 rs
Can anyone explain to us the mathematical calculation for above
