Electricity bill for June 2020 has increased four times for me. I have paid electricity bills of March, April and May months which was charged on average of previous 3 bills – Dec 2019, Jan 2020 and Feb 2020. The reading shown in the June 2020 bill is 788 units more than last taken reading which was in March 2020 month. They have taken whole 788 units and according to units and rates slabs, gave me bill for whole 788 units. While they have not deducted amounts that I have paid for March, April and May 2020 months. Request your support in getting this corrected.
