Dear All,
Concerned authority, I am writing a complaint in regards to the rising electricity bill. The electricity bill has been extremely high lately. I am staying at Kharadi and my consumer number 170051152321, BU 4746. I got electricity bill of INR 4485 where my previous bill amount in May and june were quite less 630 and 590. I have paid thise amount too.This is very ridiculous. I havent added any additional equipment in my home .Why we need to pay this amount for which we never ever used. Now date is given as 17th Aug which is to aggressive and before that if we get response then only I will pay. Else I will defer for payment and hopefully no one should charge back to me for late payment. I called toll free number and both toll free numbers are not working. So in this case how customers will be getting justice for these high electricity bills. I am writing on behalf on my owner of the house.
