We
have really shocked to receive the current electricity bill no 101116412649 for an amount of Rs.17890. Our monthly electricity amount generally range between Rs.1200 to Rs.2000. This bill for the month is almost 10 times the amount of my regular bills which is impossible. Apart from this, we are only 3 members including Husband, Wife and 17 month old baby and we staying in 1 RK for rental with a limited use of electronic items.
We have heared from press media that the current month bill is calculated based on 3 month (Mar-20 to May-20) and which we already paid without taking meter reading.In such a case this would have informed the customer earlier. But still there is no chance for the higher unit consumtion from our end.
We have been following up with the concerned of Adani Electricity but no response till date. As per them, if not paid the amount on or before due date, penality will be charged
We request to get the correct bill amount aginst our consumption.
As an average family, this higher amount is not bearable to us.
Kindly help us.
