My revised units for March 2020 is 370units ( Which is absolutely false since I DID NOT use my air conditioner) – This meter reading is not possible Where can I complain regarding this? The revised amount for 370 Units is Rs. 3543.72
Where as in May 2020 it is revised to 383 units where I did use the A/C – and the revised amount is Rs. 3026.71…
How is that possible??? 370 Units is less than 383 units but the amount is way higher?
June 2020 reading is 370units and the charge is Rs. 2899.37.
As you can see the March and June units are the same but the amounts are different?
No one is picking up their phone. How are these calculations being done?
