Hi,
My MSEB consumer id is 170210432623.I have received a bill for around Rs 4000 this month, whereas I have been paying electriciry bill in the range of 1200 to 1500.
The units consumed in Jan 2020 and Feb 3020 was 136 and 153 respectively and average 148 for March, April and May 2020. The bill received in June shows 880 units. This looks to be incorrect.
I filed a complaint in mahavitran app, the complaint has been closed without any providing any response.
Kindly look into the issue.
