Hi,
Our average monthly bill was at 3000 Inr as it’s a joint family our appliances consumption is same as it was, nonetheless we have been paying a flat fees of 2000 from April to June 2020,but now we have received an additional due amount of 12k.
Don’t know how to approach this.
