Text of Complaint by Kavita Lal:

I have received the Jun 20 electricity bill and it is very inflated.
There is 2 mistakes in the bill
1. Wrong meter reading.
2. Wrong bill raising.

They have registered the meter 13779 on 11th Jun 2o where as I had taken meter reading on 20th Jun 20 and it was 13253 it means Department has taken wrong meter reading and inflated the bill by 536 unit.
2. Department had pushed all the unit consumption in one month which pushed the entire bill tariff on the highest slab.
