160230491949 this is my consumer number I have been overcharged from last two months for my electricity bill where as i hadly have any heavy appliances in my house not even AC TV double door refrigerator still I am being charged more than 2000 from last two months I have tried complaining to msceb however I haven’t received any response. I have tried calling emailing sms every medium to reach the dept. Half of the time their is a power cut and still high electricity bill this problem is really serious please help
