My complaint is against cesc regarding electricity bill.
Electricity bill for April was Rs 1260 and for May it is 2070.My bill amount increased by Rs 800..Cesc did same thing last year so I put up a complaint. They decreased my bill for 2 months and then again charging too much. After all this I put up a complaint again to which cesc team replied it happens due to AC, chimney but there is no AC, chimney, oven at my home..My house is less than 740 sq feet. I use only 1 fan during the day.. and at night 3 fans and 2 light..with such less usage how are they sending me such high bill…not only that in my building who are using AC there bill is less than mine..when I told this to cesc executive he told me a new story this time that there is some issue in your meter…some executive came from cesc department to check the meter box they said there is no issue in this..checked my home wiring..there is no issue in that too then how come they are sending me too high bill.. during winters they send me bill of Rs 1200..In winters we don’t use fan and now they send me bill of Rs 2070…how will I pay.
It’s taking a toll on my health..this is too much bill without using AC and Chimney.. Request you to look into the matter asap and if possible revert.. I’m not in a condition to pay this much of bill.
