1. It is very unfortunate that during the lock down when govt is extending hand for help we have received bill more than  4times of any previous months . I have received the bills of RS.11940  for meter no. 08201876091  and consumer no. 020260317391. It has been stated that I have used 1297 unit in one month , how it will be possible when we have consumed upto 2000 in any months for any previous year.Please look into the matter. I   have paid electric bill every month. Please rectify the bills.
