Text of Complaint by Rafat Khan:

Hi,

This is to inform you that for Consumer no. 450011314061 for Billing Unit 2160 for Bill date 18th April 2020 Bill Amount was 280 Rs. with 51 Unit for which last due date is 31st May 2020.
Now we have received a new bill for Bill date 15th May 2020 for which Bill Amount is 710 Rs. with same 51 Unit and due date is 4th June 2020.
Can you please clarify how this Amount get thrice with same unit or else please let me know whether it is the combined amount of the both month’s.
