Electricity department is giving us very high electricity bill every month…once they fined us for something and we deposited that amount and again next month they gave us bill with high rates …if they feel like we are using too much electricity they can see our meter but they don’t …all the neighborhoods have same low rates except us …this isn’t fair at all
