Charging random amount of bill which was twice of last month .
I tried to talk to customer care but they give excuses everytime. And someone on the call that was cse of BSES told I have to pay it like I was being forced to pay it. And this is for the second time .why am I at fault because they want to take hard earned money for free as they like .
