Respected Sir/Madam
I Mrs.Suneetha Venkateshwara Rao residing as a tenant in Mrs. M.Sugunavathi’s House [C-86 first floor Madhuranagar Hyderabad. My USC is 100343386 and the service NO:S2007239]. Since March 20th 2020 I am stuck at my mother’s place till date due to lock down . How will I get an electricity bill of Rs.1371/- without people in the house. For the month of March also I paid 1649.50, which I feel extra because we weren’t at our house for 11 days. How is that we are getting extra amount in the bills every time. I was expecting a very less amount the month of April 2020, but to my shock its too much. Please Kindly check my issue asap and provide me a bill which is according to my consumption.
