Hi,
I am Digambar Manjrekar and have a M.S.E.B electricity connection at my home in Badlapur(Thane) with consumer no. 021540554231.
The bill for the month of August 2019 came to RS. 11,200/- with consumption for the months as 896 units which is faulty.
I also brought to MSEB’s attention due to very heavy rains and flooding in Badlapur on 26-27th July and 3-4th August, 2019 my meter was completely under water and this could be the reason for faulty reading.
My previous consumption units are as below-
171, 357, 374, 291, 128, 104, 89, 86 and so on.. The highest reading of 350+ for 2 months are due to summer and justifiable. Also the current consumption came to 200+ units but still the electricity board is not taking my previous and current units in consideration and asking to pay the full amount.
I have made 2 complaints online through their App and also physically submitted a complaint to local office but there is no action taken.
I would like MSEB to look into my concern and make the necessary corrections in my bill.
