I am living in gwalior deen dayal nagar in a house by giving rent for house we are not in Gwalior since 9 july2020 and we returned back to gwalior on October 5 in July my electricity bill was rupees3900 something but when we returned back my bill is extended to rupees 9939 so my complain is about how can bill is extended without using of electricity inn3 months. So please give me conssession in my bill.
