I would like to bring to your kind notice that we are being charged twice in a month for the electricity bill, I paid the last bill on 2nd September 2020 and have received another bill today I. e 19 September.

Would request you to please help me in this. kindly have a look ik the matter as not even me there are many who are facing this issue.
