We have been charged double since April 2020 to August 2020 bills. How can Adani charge just on an assumption that we might have used more units in lockdown. We are still in lockdown and i checked my last 10 days units, the total has come to 95 units. So abviously for 30 days it should be approx 250-300 units. They have increased the units as well as unit costs. This is really not fair. How can we pay for such unrealistic amount that too in this lockdown when the earnings are uncertain? Really not happy with Adani’s way of treating customer.
