I shifted to a new room in my old Mess and after 14-15 days I left the room. I moved to that room on 6th May,2019 and moved out on 20th May ,2019. Now they are charging me a amount of Rs.360 for electricity bill. I didn’t use any heavy gadget, I only use the charging point, fan,light. So I want to justify this matter.
