I have already done the complaint regarding the higher electricity bill which is double of what we actually has an average from past years. Usually our billed units is 300 units avaerage & not more than 350 units anytime but this time the billed units are 700 units. This is seriously a big scam in which a normal common man cannot do anything. We understood that there was a lockdown but it doesnt mean we used 24hrs ac,24hrs washing machine,24hrs geyser or 24hrs tv. As we usually use we can expect 10-20% hike which is fair but more than double is seriously a scam. We complained there they told us wait our backhand team will review it and then they called and told that everything is perfect regarding your bill and if you want technician to visit then you have to pay charge of rs 800 which we were ready to pay then also from a month no one has visited and no one is even ready to communicate with problem. Please help us.
