During the lock down period i was charged a very high bill , i paid it , but now i observed last one month from 16 June 2020 to 16 July 2020 again i have been charged a high bill .
i wish to raise a complain against this with BEST Mumbai E ward . This is just not acceptable. Even my other relatives were charged a big hefty bill.
