Text of Complaint by Sweta Karawade:

My Electricity Bill use come RS.2500 every month during summers it use go up to Rs.3600 suddenly they have sent a message for Rs..11450. I have been paying my bills on time i have also complained to Adani but they are accepting their mistake, I have paid my dues till July suddenly they say that the amount that i have paid is only till may and my June and July bill is pending which sums upto Rs.11450. They do not sent any Bills i receive only message on basis of which i pay my bills. I have paid the current bill also but i am sure that it is fraud that they doing. After sending mail and lodging a complaint they send a technician who agreed saying that compared to the past records reading is very high and i receive a mail saying that there is no problem in the reading our consumption is too high. During the day there is nobody at home as we are working and my kid goes to school. And in May we were off for 10 days we were out of station. I know nothing is going to help me this loot will continue even after complaints at the end of the day its we the consumers who suffer. In case we also go to the office with a complaint the people sitting ther behave as if they are doing some kind of obiligation on us they are so rude. I am sharing my consumer number 151214974 in the name of Sweta Karawade.I do not know how much this will benefit me.
