This is to bring to your notice that my electricity bill for the month of June 2019 has been exceptionally high. Please find attached the bill.
There has been no change in my power consumption pattern as compared to earlier month of May 2019. Despite that I have received a huge bill of 6,750/- . While it was 2,220/- in May 2019. I moved to this house in December 2018 as a tenant. Since then my power consumption pattern clearly suggests that the enormous amount of May 2019 bill is due to some error in readings or faulty meter or wrong calculation. I have in a 1 Room Office with just one Split Inverter AC and as the major electricity consuming appliances. AC is hardly on for not more than 4-5 hrs on daily basis in summer. As such, the corresponding bill of 6,750/- is not the correct bill for the same. Also it’s almost 3 times the previous bill, which doesn’t make sense.
I filed a complaint at Adani electricity. After being persuaded a number of times of Complaint, they came and checked the meter. The Man who came for Verification of Meter has not even considered my view on this matter & telling me that Now on Your Meter Readings are dropped but I have made a Complaints for Previous Readings not on current readings. I haven’t received any report and any solution from their end.
