Hi , I am residing at dombivali east & getting light bill around Rs 1200/- to Rs 1500/- but this month I got bill of Rs 5500/- . I am paying light every month regularly .I got revert from customer care that its bill for lasr four month even though I have pais its dur to pay Rs 5500/- . my usage is not that mutch.
It just looting of customer only
Guide me what can we do ?
