Text of Complaint by Sahil sule:

Electricity bill for my home has never crossed 2500 per month and from January as new meter was installed I was getting a bill of rs 1200-1400 per month and now this month they have given me a bill of rs 44,000 saying that this bill is from January to June, and when I went office to question that why I got high bill they are saying it’s not our fault that your meter reading is that high, when I asked them to show me reading for previous month’s they didn’t had any reading, I agree that reading for April may and June are not available due to covid 19 but they don’t have reading for the month of January February and march as well, they were just sending a random 150 units reading, when I asked what is my fault that you were not sending me proper bill with reading, because I have paid every amount that they have told to pay in the bill, and now when i asked they directly say they can’t help and let me go I can’t afford to pay 44k bill this is not valid even though my meter reading was not available how come it’s directly showing from June why was it not showing from the day it was installed, how come is it our fault it was not showing before, why am I supposed to pay so much amount, please help to look into this issue
