We stay in a 1 room kitchen and have basic amenities for whihc we have received a bill of Rs. 11290/- for the month of May. Adani Electricity says it is an aggregated bill for the outstanding amount of bill for the month of March and April but we have already paid Rs. 1870/- and Rs. 1770/- for the month of March and April respectively within stipulated time. We have raised complaints regarding faulty meter or cross connection issues to the Adani Electricity complaint department but have not received any satisfactory reply from them.
We request you to help us resolve this issue at the earliest as they are not ready to understand our concern.
