We called an agent from Upbhokta Suvidha Kendra (Registered with State Government). They charged 1150/- rupees for a gas valve that costs around 350-400/- rupees. Also they refused to provide invoice.
The old gas valve was risky and leaking gas so we had no other choice to pay him that much and get it done. They are just taking advantage of the fear.
