Goog afternoon.
My name’s Daniel and I work at Spanish Embassy, since december 2018.
I’m living at the same flat where the person I reemplaced was, who’s owner of the internet broad band.
I called the internet costumer services, and asked how can I put the internet broad band to my name, and a person came at home.
He change me the router and charge me 3500 rupees, it’s too much, so I want to make a complain, because I think he isn’t done well his job and probably he doesn’t transfer all this amount to his enterprise.

He promised me that he will comeback and he doesn’t did it.
