i am resident of andheri west yari road area. electricity is being supplied by Adani electricity ltd. Eversince the adani has taken over from reliance the quantum of bill has increased. the unit consumed is being shown high month after month and corresponding high monthly charges. But The unit consumed shown during lock down period is very high when compared with my normal consumption. As per Adani, they did reading in end of july20 and bifurcated units for mar20 to july 20 wherein they showed same unit for mar20 and jul20 while april to jun quantity were equally distributed. This has resulted in high billing during the above mentioned period.
infact reading seems to be very high during the above period and i feel there is some goofing up has been done the company resulting in such charge also the method of monthly calculation is questionable, hence i have lodged 9 complaints since aug20 on receipt of bill with adani electricity, but till date there has not been resolution by reversal of excess billing done. i went to their office and was given assurance that excess billing will be reversed.
I being senior citizen it is not advisable to travel and visit their office time and again. infact today i have return to them to waive out the excess charge as possible and revert to me so that i can clear dues. but i am confident that there will no revert from them as has happened till now. i have wasted almost more than 10 hours ( as you know the call center is partially auto driven with various option and after long long time we can speak to customer representative present)by talking to their call center average call time being alomost 45 minutes to 1hour but no proper revert for resolving the matter even after talking to them
so many time.
Hence i would request for your interference in sorting this high billing issue as high billing is continuing month after month
