I have received a bill of 35000/- for one month of a One room kitchen flat which is vacant since I bought it. I have been visiting MSEB office and made multiple complaints but not getting any help or resolution.
For the last few years my bill has 0 units displayed on meter reading and bills every month all of sudden we received a bill of 35K. Can someone please help me getting this resolved
