Sir,
My name is mohan singh. My previous bill was rs. 1224 of 9 months and bill date was january 2018 but due to out of state i could not paid that bill. Now after 3 months later i got new bill on dated 20 feb of rs. 4601/-.
This is wrong because how this is possible 9 months bill is rs 1224 and 3 months bill is rs 3377.
