I own a fridge Tv 2 Fans 2 led lights & a washing machine at home which used to cost me a bill of max 2K to 2.5K 3 months back we got an AC & account started coming up to 4K as it was justifying with for a family living of 8 members but suddenly last month the bill cost me 5.5K which was very confusing as 3 members of my family shifted to some other place & we didn’t use much but understanding the situation that we cannot leave our jobs & run behind checking bills I paid that as earlier we called a person from BEST to check the same he said you have all these appliances so the bill is going to come the same….. but this time when it’s raining heavily we are hardly using our fans for air only 3 people stays home in a day time we make sure we use day sunlight by keeping our windows & door open instead of using led lights still the this month we have received bill for 7.7K for no reasons.
Please check as I am into medical expenses & my daughter is the only source of income & we cannot afford to pay such huge bills in this financial crises
